（１）What is the External Consultation Desk

In order to prevent violations of laws and regulations by our officers and employees, we have set up the External Consultation Desk to receive consultations and reports from external parties including our business partners. The consultations and reports received by this consultation desk are sent to an independent third party, Deloitte Tohmatsu Risk Advisory Co., LLC. (hereinafter referred to as "DTRA") for handling, making it impossible for our organization to conceal such information.

• ◆Who can consult / report

  Anyone can use this service.
  Those who work for our business partners (e.g. contractors, suppliers and subcontractors) and those who work for our subsidiaries and affiliates are protected under the Whistleblower Protection Act.
  In addition, anonymous reporting is possible, and personally identifiable information is not always required. Consultation and reporting are also available in English.
  ※ DTRA has agreed not to provide us with personally identifiable information, such as the email address of the reporting source, so anonymous reports cannot be identified.

• ◆What to consult / report

  Any act that violates or may violate laws and regulations by our officers, employees.
  ※ We do not accept any reports on personal troubles, violations in one’s private life, slander against others, or any other wrongful purpose.

• ◆How to consult / report

  Please use the e-mail form linked below for consultation or reporting. As a general rule, the name and contact information of the person making the report should be indicated. However, as mentioned above, you may consult or report anonymously. If you have materials or evidence to support the reports, please submit them as well.

• ◆Protection of informants

  We provide thorough protection to ensure that no one is treated unfairly for reporting. In addition, when you report under your name, your personal information, the content of your report, and the results of the investigation will not be used for any purpose other than the investigation process.

• ◆How to obtain investigation results

  When we decide whether to investigate your reports, the External Consultation Desk will contact you. In addition, DTRA may also contact you or ask you for further information in order to confirm or investigate your reports. Please note that DTRA may not be able to report the investigation results if the results may involve privacy concern or fall under confidential business matters.
  ※ Please note that the investigation results cannot be reported for anonymous consultations and reports.

  Please use either the existing Whistleblower Contact or the External Consultation Desk whichever is easier to use.
