We have established a reporting desk based on the Whistleblower Protection Act.
In order to prevent violations of laws and regulations by executives and employees in our company, and to take appropriate measures, we accept inquiries and reports from people outside the company on violations or potential violations.
◆Who can consult / report
Anyone can use this service.
Workers of companies that have direct transactions with our company (contracting, purchase of goods, outsourcing, etc.),
Employees of subsidiaries and affiliated companies are subject to protection under the Whistleblower Protection Act.
◆The contents of the consultation/reporting
Any violation or potential violation of laws and regulations by our company's officers and employees, etc.
*We do not accept reports of personal problems, violations in one's private life, slander or defamation of others, or other improper purposes.
◆How to consult / report
Please report to the contact listed in (3) as below.
In principle, the name and contact information of the person consulting/reporting should be clearly indicated, but anonymous consultation/reporting is also possible.
If you have materials or evidence to support the fact of consultation/reporting, please submit them as well.
◆Protection of the person who consults with or reports to us
Please be assured that you will not be treated disadvantageously because of your consultation or report.
Personal information of those who consult, or report will not be used for any purpose other than to process the report.
◆Contacting the person who made the report or consultation
When we decide whether or not to investigate the content of the consultation/report, the contact person who received the consultation/report will contact you.
In addition, we may contact you or ask you for further information in order to confirm or investigate the subject matter of the consultation or report.
Please note that we may not be able to contact you regarding the results of the investigation if there is a possibility that the results may conflict with a privacy policy or fall under confidential business matters.
