We, TOA CORPORATION, believe that the stable continuation of our business itself responds to the trust of our customers and fulfills our social responsibility.

Proper maintenance and management of information assets is not an issue solely for the information systems department, but a responsibility equally shared by all employees who handle information assets.

The Company establishes this Basic Information Security Policy as the fundamental policy that all employees must observe.

In implementing this Basic Information Security Policy, we separately establish Information Security Control Standards as criteria for judgment and Information Security Implementation Procedures as specific codes of conduct in actual operations. Employees must fully understand the philosophy of this policy and must not engage in any acts that violate the Information Security Control Standards or Implementation Procedures in the course of their duties.

All decisions made in the course of business must not contradict the philosophy of proper use and protection of information as stipulated in this Basic Information Security Policy.

We hereby declare that the Company, including all group companies, will comply with this Basic Information Security Policy in all management and business activities.
