TOA Corporation has carried out CSR activities with seven core themes (organizational governance, human right, labor practices, environmental, fair business practices, consumer issues, participation in communities and development of communities) indicated by ISO26000 (International Guidance on Social Responsibility). Based on these activities, we have identified the following processes as important issues that need to be prioritized in the TOA Corporation Group's businesses with the aim of creating even more social value that is unique to TOA and achieving sustainable growth for the TOA Construction Industry Group (12 issues shown at right).
