Materiality
Process of identifying material
TOA Corporation has carried out CSR activities with seven core themes (organizational governance, human right, labor practices, environmental, fair business practices, consumer issues, participation in communities and development of communities) indicated by ISO26000 (International Guidance on Social Responsibility). Based on these activities, we have identified the following processes as important issues that need to be prioritized in the TOA Corporation Group's businesses with the aim of creating even more social value that is unique to TOA and achieving sustainable growth for the TOA Construction Industry Group (12 issues shown at right).
- ①Identify and narrow down issuesIdentify issues related to TOA, taking into account the seven core subjects presented by ISO26000 and the 17 goals presented by SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and other social issues.
- ②Evaluation of issues Evaluate the issues identified, taking into account the degree of importance and interest to society (stakeholders) and the degree of importance to our management
- ③Identification of critical issues Identify important issues through discussions at the Management Committee based on the evaluation results of issues
