We established an office in the Philippines in 1995 and have built a track record primarily in Official Development Assistance (ODA) projects, including power plant construction, land reclamation, road, bridge, port, and flood control work. Through this newly established local subsidiary, we aim to participate in private civil engineering and building construction projects for Japanese and local companies, as well as local public works projects.

In our “Medium-term Management Plan (2026-2028),” announced in March 2026, we have outlined measures to strengthen collaboration with local capital and partners and to steadily expand our business centered on local subsidiaries as one of our overseas building construction business strategies.

Following the establishment of our local subsidiary PT. TOA TUNAS JAYA INDONESIA in Indonesia in 2023, we will further deepen our collaboration with local companies in the Philippines to drive the expansion of our overseas construction business. Furthermore, in the Philippines, where further economic growth is anticipated, we will contribute to the country’s economic development and the strengthening of its social infrastructure.
