North Eastern Coast Development - SINGAPORE -

TOA Corporation completed its reclamation works in the North Eastern Coast ? Phase 4 Project for the Housing & Development Board (HDB) of Singapore in November 2001. The scope of works included 11 million cubic meters of reclamation works, 8.3 km of revetment works and 5.1 million cubic meters of soil improvement works reclaiming new land from the sea for residential areas, recreational facilities, shopping centers and marine parks.
