Applicants who pass the document screening will be requested to submit their certificate(s)/diploma and academic transcripts.

STEP3

First Interview / Online
Personal interview. You may be required to take an employment exam and SPI test prior to the interview.

STEP4

Final Interview / International General Headquarters (Shinjuku, Tokyo)
Personal interview with higher management.

Documents to be Prepared

Please prepare the following documents. You are required to submit them at specific stages during the recruitment process.
Documents sent directly before completing the Web Entry cannot be accepted due to security policies.
Please be sure to register through the Web Entry Form first.

Before the final interview, you will be required to submit the following documents:

  • ・Academic Transcripts (copies are acceptable)
  • ・Graduation Letter / Certificate of Expected Graduation (copies are acceptable)
  • ・Health Certificate (copies are acceptable)
  • ・Certificate of Degree/ Diploma (for graduate students only)
  • ・Recommendation Letter (if necessary)

Note: Please submit the documents as soon as they become available.
These documents will be used for screening. Graduate students should also submit transcripts of their bachelor’s degree.

Civil Engineer, Building Engineer, Designer, R&D Developer, and others.

【Contract Type】
Permanent Employee, Contract Employee
Note: A probationary period may be required for both permanent and contract employees as part of the hiring process.

【Duties】
Example: Civil / Building Engineers

Main responsibilities for overseas projects include:

  • ・Developing method statements and project schedules
  • ・Quality / Schedule / Safety management
  • ・Budget control
  • ・Cost estimation
  • ・Negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
  • ・Subcontractor/Supplier selection, Contract management, Order placement
  • ・Acceptance inspection management, Inspection record keeping
Starting Salary

【Master's Degree】
Monthly salary 290,000 yen

【Bachelor's Degree】
Monthly Salary 280,000 yen

【Mid-career】
Determined based on skills and experience

Allowances
The following allowances are mainly provided:
  • ・Full payment of commuting expenses
  • ・Housing allowance
  • ・Family allowance
  • ・Overtime allowance
  • ・Overseas allowance when you are assigned to an overseas project
Salary Increase
Once a year (April)

Twice a year (June and December)

・Project sites worldwide, including Japan
・International General Headquarters in Tokyo
Working hours
Flex-time system / Standard working hours : 8 hours per day
Examples of standard working hours: Head office and Branch offices : 9:00-18:00/
Construction sites: 8:00-17:00
Holidays
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer vacations, year-end and new year holidays, anniversary of foundation holiday, birthday holiday, annual paid leave, etc.
