Premixing Method

The Premixing (PREM) Method can be used to create a stabilized foundation by mixing sandy soil with small amounts of cement and anti separating agents. The foundation is effective against liquefaction and for increasing the bearing capacity of the soil.

The Pre Mixing CLAY Method (PMC) can be used to create a stabilized foundation through a method whereby soft dredged soil with high water content is mixed with a stabilization agent such as cement in a batching plant. The mixed material is then pumped to a casting location. The fill material can then be utilized for reclamation and backfilling behind quay or sea walls. The method makes it possible to re-use dredged soil.
